After Andrea Rossi and Industrial Heat famously split following the settlement of their litigation, Rossi quite quickly alluded to a new ‘partner’ who was assisting him with his work. He has provided very little information about this partner, or the nature of its relationship with Leonardo, but it seems to be very important in terms of bringing the E-Cat into the commercial real.
I have been asking some questions about this partner as we now seem to be moving into an important phase of the E-Cat’s development. Here are some Q&As from the Journal of Nuclear Physics:

Of course, this all needs to be confirmed, but if true, it sounds like he is being backed up and supported in many important ways by this partner. He said that they were involved in the recent SK testing and their response was ‘positive’. For a company with significant financial and engineering resources to be on board with manufacturing E-Cats, they have to be convinced it is real and a worthwhile investment. For Rossi, it is ideal not just to have financial resources behind him, but industrial ones too, and not least, a location already in place where they can build his plants.
