Bob Greenyer is in Sochi, Russia, attending the 25th Cold Nuclear Transmutation and Ball Lightning conference and has posted the following video giving an overview of the program.
He mentions that Alexander Parkhomov will be presenting about a half-year test he has conducted and will apparently be reporting about an isotopic analysis he has conducted. There will be many other presentations also, including one by Godin who is part of the Deneum team.

He also mentions that there are moves afoot, potentially in as little as one year, the Russian Federation will publicly recognize Low Energy Nuclear Reactions (or as they call it, Cold Nuclear Transmutation) as it an official science.
