Anatoly Klimov’s device which uses Tesla coil and said to reach COP10 is looking more stable in recent tests.
This is one of the labs I am invited to visit, and Klimov has said we can conduct any test we like.
He says that he only sees SR [strange radiation] in the exhaust gap and only then over short range. This is to be expected as the device is a continuous flow type and so less time to build quanta.
