I think that one of the reasons that Andrea Rossi has waited for so long to make the presentation of the SKLed, waiting until November of this year (after he has said that it is ready for production) is because that there is a long certification process going on.
The way I understand this process is that at its conclusion, whoever is certifying it will publish a report, and that report is going to be a critical document in terms of giving credibility to Leonardo’s claims about the SKLed.
Whether it will be enough to help generate the 1 million pre-orders remains to be seen.
