Dr Rossi,
Your answers to Andreas and Enzo Amato are honest and convincing. I would underline also the fact that you did not get any money from all the persons that made pre-orders, and you wrote clearly in the pre-orders forms that the deliveries are contingent with the collection of orders for at least 1 million units: this gives clear evidence of your honesty.
By the way, I am sure you have a plan B to launch your technology.

Andrea Rossi has stated that some of the the preorders from so-called ‘big buyers’ have been erased when it turned out that following a vetting process, they were not able to provide the upfront funding that Leonardo is requiring for large orders.
Rossi seems adamant that the 1 million pre-orders are required before distribution starts, so it would seem that he needs to do something to generate more interest. His marketing strategy so far has hinged upon the video presentation of December 2021, which has less than 10 thousand views to date. With a potentially world-changing technology such as the Ecat, that is not very much. Still, Rossi reports that that at least tens of thousands of orders have been generated from it.
So now we need to wait and see what Plan B might be.
