Rossi: Performance Testing of the E-Cat SK SSM Scheduled

Here are a couple of questions answers from the Journal of Nuclear Physics today that I found interesting:

Dear Dr. Rossi
Re the SSM version of the ECAT, does it need some sort of initial and temporary supply of electrical power to start it up (internal or external)? For instance, does it need momentary power to initialize the AI control electronics?
Best Regards

Dear Dr. Rossi,
Have you scheduled the performance testing of an E-Cat SK SSM unit by a global certification company?
Best regards,

Certification of the performance of the E-Cat SK SSM by a global certification company would be very useful and important for the reputation of the product and Andrea Rossi, provided that it is made public. It really wouldn’t help matters if it was done under NDA, in fact I don’t think there would be a lot of point for doing it if it was kept under wraps. Leonardo needs as much credibility as possible if people are going to believe that this impossible invention actually works, and a credible third party report would really help with that.
