According to Andrea Rossi we should not expect any E-Cat demonstration before the EV demo that has been announced will take place this October.

There is still some uncertainty about what a potential solar panel demonstration will entail, but Rossi has stated that he can incorporate E-Cats to increase the efficiency of solar installations. He has also stated in the past that in this situation E-Cats are not used to shine light on PV panels to generate electricity.
