It looks like the second October demonstration that Andrea Rossi has mentioned is going to be for an electric heater, rather than for a solar system. There were some Q&As on the Journal of Nuclear Physics last week which seemed to indicate this:

According to your answer to Mr. Corneille it is no problem for an ecat to work with an electric heater.
So why you do not publish a video to this topic?
You have an 3KW ecat, an electric heater you can get for about 40 Euro.
You just have to find 15 minutes to make this short video.

As I already wrote here, in October we will make a demo of it after the demo with the EV,

Dear Dr. Rossi,
nice to read your latest answers. So we see three demonstrations in October with the ecat: 1. EV-car 2. PV 3. electric heater.
Number three will be my main application for the ecat. Generally it will cover the main usage of energy consumption of a country.
I live for now in Südtirol and there it is always very cold in winter, I am eagerly awaiting the October demonstrations!
Best regards

I wanted to be sure I was understanding AR correctly, so I followed up with my own question today:

Dear Andrea,Am I correct in understanding that you will be demonstrating an E-Cat NGU powering an electric heater in October (in addition to the EV demo)?

Yes,

To me, a convincing demonstration of an E-Cat powered electric heater could be more significant than an E-Cat charged EV, providing the amount of heat produced would be enough to make practical sense. Not everyone has an electric vehicle, and not everyone needs one, but almost everyone needs heat in cold weather. The market for E-Cat space heating would be enormous.
