Thanks to Axil Axil for posting information today about Aureon Energy. This is a company that has been involved with the SAFIRE project over the years which has been seeking new ways to generate energy and transmutation of radioactive waste.
On their website they describe their energy generation process as:
“Leverage the electromagnetic nature of the sun’s atmosphere to transform the global power generation market”
Now they are talking about a new energy generation system using a “thorium-fueled, electrically initiated power cell”. They say this kind of energy source will be useful for generating energy in remote locations and for powering data centers, and will help meet the rising energy demands of today’s world.
