I made the following video last night about what seems to be the disappearance of Quantum EverSource, the announced partner of Leonardo Corporation for commercializing E-Cat technology, from the internet.
The Quantum EverSource website link no longer works: https://quantumeversource.com, it redirects to https://www.gxt.solutions/ and the page states: ‘under construction’.
This makes me wonder if there might be some kind of rebranding going on, or if a new partnership is being worked out.
Quantum Legacy Foundation, who stated they are the main licensee, no longer has a link to Quantum EverSource on their website (at least that I can find).

I can no longer find any presence of Quantum EverSource on LinkedIn either.
I think it will be necessary for Andrea Rossi to address this, obviously the situation is quite confusing to the public.

Leonardo Corporation asked Quantum Service to suspend their pre-order policy and their websites dedicated to the Ecat until they will be actually ready to manufacture and deliver the Ecat.
