Once Andrea Rossi announced that his partnership with Quantum Legacy Foundation/Quantum EverSource was over the pre-order prices that had been increased by QES by 40 per cent were reduced back to the original levels. So the cost per 10 W powercell which had been raised to $35, is now back to $25.
Even though Quantum EverSource is now out of the picture, it doesn’t sound like there is any longer a need to reach the 100 MW levels of pre-orders that had long been the condition of starting production and delivery of E-Cats. He made this rather unequivocal statement on the Journal of Nuclear Physics:

This is really the only thing that matters. There will be speculation on who the newest partner is, but it really makes no difference who it is if working E-Cat products are delivered. It will only take a few people using their products and sharing their findings to start building awareness about E-Cat technology (providing it works as advertised). Andrea Rossi sounds more determined than ever now to get this show on the road, and quickly. Here is comment from the JONP yesterday:
