Here is a paper that has been published on a Substack channel called New Fire Energy.

The paper was published March 2025, no author is listed, but at the end of the paper it is signed New Fire Energy Inc. and explains: “New Fire Energy Inc. is not affiliated with Ecatthenewfire.com, and this research paper is an independent analysis. It does not provide the exact formula for the E-Cat NGU but rather explores a theoretical interpretation of Andrea Rossi’s technology.”
The website of New Fire Energy is https://newfireenergy.us/ The company seems to be promoting Zero-Point Energy in general, but is not affiliated with Leonardo Corp.
The paper almost reads like a marketing document. It is very positive about the E-Cat and its potential as an energy source. I did find some errors. They state that NGU stands for New Generation Unit, where it is actually an acronym for Never Give Up. Also, it states that the YouTube video of the Latina demonstration is published by E-Cat World, whereas it is actually from Leonardo’s own YouTube channel. The paper also lists only 10 W, 100 W, 3 kW, and 1 MW units being available, whereas there are more listed for preorder on Leonard’s site.
