I spoke today with Andrea Rossi on Skype. We talked about his relationship with his new partner and their plans for launching E-Cat technology.

Rossi said that he still fully intends to launch the technology in 2025, and with his partner is working on ironing out many details that are involved in preparing for that launch. The design of the final product is still not determined, apparently there are various aspects of the technology that still need to be decided upon. New certification testing is underway. He says that there is a plan for a media introduction of the E-Cat when the time comes.
