Andrea Rossi has posted on the Leonardo Corporation website and X account a copy of the original certificate of incorporation Leonardo Corporation in New Hampshire from 1997. Apparently he has been accused by someone (person not identified) of trying to take advantage of the name of the Italian defense contractor Leonardo S.p.A. (Formerly Finmeccanica)
Rossi’s point in posting his certificate is to show that Leonardo Corporation existed nearly twenty years before Finmeccanica changed its name to Leonardo, which occurred in 2017 .

Since the mother of the imbeciles is always pregnant, some blogger has published a comment saying that I am “surfing” the name of Leonardo Finmeccanica SPA.
To give evidence that this comment is FAKE NEWS, I am publishing here the certificate of incorporation of Leonardo Corporation, that I founded in April 22 1997 in New Hampshire, USA.
Everybody can read in Wikipedia that Finmeccanica SPA has modified its name INTO Leonardo Finmeccanica on April 17 2016, which means 19 years after my incorporation of Leonardo Corporation, of which I have the honor (and the burden ) to be the founder and CEO.
Since 28 years I work an average of 12 hours per day to realize the mission of Leonardo Corporation.
