Rossi on the Operating Temperature of the E-Cat

A question and answer today on the Journal of Nuclear Physics provides some information from Andrea Rossi about the operating temperature that I don’t think has been made public before.

DR. ROSSI:

During the Latina EV tests were you able to measure the minimum-maximum operating temperature
parameters of the ECAT generator?

Could you relate the range?

GEORGE PRAZAK:
The temperature of the Ecat’s body remains around 30 °C/86 F with a room T of 20°C/68 F

Rossi has always stated that the E-Cat NGU is ‘intrinsically cold’ when in operation, but has never provided actual temperatures before, as far as I can recall. Here he states that there is an elevated temperature coming from the body of the E-Cat, but doesn’t say where the heat comes from. We know that there is electronic circuitry involved in making the E-Cat operate, so the heat could come from the ancillary electronics, rather than from the E-Cat reactor itself.
