Here are a few questions and comments from the Journal of Nuclear Physics regarding the state of affairs when it comes to E-Cat commercialization and product delivery. Andrea Rossi had previously stated that there would be monthly progress updates:

Neri Accornero:
Thank you for your insight and for your continuous support. I don’t think it is important in this moment a theoretical discussion; the theoretical bases of the Ecat have been rigorously reported in the paper

The focus now is: manufacturing and delivering the products.

It is interesting to me that Rossi seems to now be taking a back seat when it comes to the commercialization plans. He basically is saying that all commercial considerations are being handled by his Licensee, while his role is simply as the chief scientist. From what Rossi has said, it is the Licensee is the one who will be dealing with commercial strategy, public relations and issues connected with politics and economics. We still have no idea who the Licensee is, so there’s really not a great deal to discuss or analyze at this point. Perhaps the July report will shed more light on who they are.
