In the previous post I made I observed that it seems that Leonardo Corporation’s global licensee was now in charge when it came to commercialization of the E-Cat. It seems from the following exchange today on the Journal of Nuclear Physics that pretty much all future development of E-Cat is in the hands of the licensee:

Dear Dr. Rossi,
How do you predict the development of ECat technology in the next 5-10 years? It would be interesting to hear your thoughts.
In what directions will ECat technology develop first of all?
In terms of future research, what problems are you currently working on?Best regards,

Yury Evdokimov:
As the chief scientist I will follow the indications of the licensee; I will give suggestions, but the strategy will be decided by them.
Warm Regards,
A.R.
It seems pretty clear from this Q&A that Leonardo Corporation has granted a lot of power to the licensee, including technical development of the E-Cat. The licensee is now taking the lead in product development. For years, Rossi was the driving force behind the E-Cat R&D, and took the E-Cat from a simple heater to a self-sustaining electricity generator, quite an achievement. Now it seems like he considers it time to turn that leadership over to someone else.
