Report from Leonardo Corporation on the status of production and delivery of the E-Cat (July 7th, 2025)
Since our last update in May, preparation and organization for the manufacturing and distribution of the E-Cat has continued.
Leonardo Corporation and its Global Licensee have been collaborating on tests with E-Cat prototypes, and these tests have been successful. At this point, the passage of know-how from Leonardo Corporation has been completed, so that the Global Licensee has all the information necessary to independently produce E-Cat products. We still believe that deliveries will be able to begin during this year.
For security reasons, we all agree that the locations that are being prepared for the manufacturing of E-Cat products must remain undisclosed.
We will provide further updates as our preparation continues.
I think the most important piece of information here is that the global licensee now has all the know-how to produce E-Cats. Andrea Rossi has always been very careful to keep his trade secrets secret, but he obviously realizes that cannot continue indefinitely if the E-Cat is to make its appearance in the marketplace. My guess is that he has decided that Leonardo Corporation will not be in the business of making E-Cats, it seems like he has passed on that task and responsibility to the licensee.
The lobal licensee is still not identified, and probably that will remain the case until deliveries actually begin.
