A new interview with Andrea Rossi has been posted on the Italian language Crisi Globale YouTube Channel. The interview is in Italian, so my understanding of the contents is based on the auto translated subtitles that YouTube provides.
The interviewer is Nabil Bougarech of the Allatra Association. He focuses on how things are going in terms of preparation for production. Andrea Rossi explains that the work that is going on now is preparing the production lines for mass production of the E-Cat NGU. When he is asked about how far advanced the work is, he estimates that 70 per cent of the work is done, and the most difficult parts have been accomplished. He still thinks that distribution will begin this year, but it sounds like that decision is in the hands of the licensee.
From the way that Rossi speaks in this interview it almost seems he is stepping back from a leadership role in this project now. He says that his job is chief scientist, and that the work of product manufacturing, marketing and public relations will be handled by experts on the staff of the licensee.
