E-Cat Licensee Able To Make NGU Generators Independently

In the video below I discuss what I consider to be one of the most important moments in the history of the E-Cat. We know for many years that Andrea Rossi has closely guarded many of the secrets of the E-Cat. Now it appears that the circle of those who know these secrets is increasing. He has been apparently spending a lot of time in instructing top scientists/engineers in his licensee’s organization about everything that is required to manufacture E-Cats, and it now seems that they are making their own improvements.

Here are recent questions and answers from the Journal of Nuclear Physics on the subject:

Dear Andrea,

Is your licensee now operating and testing E-Cat NGU prototypes without you being present with them?

Dear Andrea,

Has your licensee independently made an E-Cat NGU prototype yet, based on your instructions, without your input?

Dear Andrea,

Thank you for your reply to my previous question. It is very encouraging to hear that the licensee has been able to independently make a working E-Cat NGU. Does this prototype(s) work in a way that is satisfactory to you and the licensee?

Dear Andrea,
was the licensee able to make any improvements to the Ecat, or did they simply follow your instructions to the letter?
Regards, Giuseppe

The Licensee is making also improvements, along the R&D activity that I suppose never will cease,
