In previous conversations with Rossi, I have asked about this, and his response has been that the design of internals of the NGU have been finalized, but they were still working on the design of external shell.
We have learned recently that the licensee has made some improvements of their own to the NGU which could mean some of the internals have been modified as well. He also stated that safety certification for this new design was underway.
In an interview released two weeks ago, Rossi stated that the hardest work has been completed, and that he estimated that their work was 70 per cent completed. Maybe we are a few percentage points closer by now.
