During the month of September, Leonardo Corporation’s Global Licensee made further progress in preparing for the manufacturing of the Ecats and developing the manufacturing facilities.
The Global Licensee is intensifying tests for modules that will generate 20/22 kV at the output for use in intermediate power line stations. They are also working to extend the certifications for these modules. The start of deliveries is still scheduled to happen within this year

So from this it appears the Global Licensee is currently focusing their efforts on large E-Cat modules that can be used to provide electricity to the grid. I looked up the term “intermediate power line stations” and got this definition for “intermediate power stations” from Copilot:

We shall have to see how these developments affect the distribution of the small E-Cats that are still available for pre-order.
