From some recent comments by Andrea Rossi on the Journal of Nuclear Physics, it seems that there are plans for more than high voltage E-Cats feeding the grid.

It’s hard to piece together a clear picture from snippets like this. Andrea Rossi is no longer in charge of commercial plans, but I assume he is aware of what Leonardo’s licensee is working on. 230 V AC is the standard voltage used in homes and businesses in Europe and the United Kingdom and can easily run common space heaters, along with many other appliances. This would be a massive market for Leonardo’s licensee, and I think there would be huge demand if the cost was reasonable.
