Some people have noticed that Andrea Rossi is now mentioning a new E-Cat NGU version. It is a 100 W E-Cat which is not made up of smaller E-Cats. For a long time he has stated that larger E-Cats are made up of multiples of 10 W NGUs, but now that seems to have changed.
Here are some Q&As on the topic:

Dear Andrea RossiWill the 100 W unit be made up of one 100 W unit or ten 10 W units ?

Don Zucchiatti:
Good question: it has been decided to make also 100 W units after series of tests,

Dr. Rossi,
It’s interesting to hear of a potential, new 100 W unit. Do you think it is possible that the 100 W unit will have higher volumetric power density (kW/liter) than the 10 W unit?Andrea Rossi

Yes,

My guess is that since the new Licensee took over the commercial strategy for E-Cat development they have been thinking of ways to make the manufacturing more efficient. If building blocks for larger E-Cats are 100 W instead of 10 W it would mean fewer modules would need to be manufactured. One would think that would be a cost saving. It also sounds like these new 100 W units have a higher power density, which would also be a plus.
Hopefully we can get more details about all this soon.
