The Need for High Voltage for E-Cat SSM

Here is a Q&A today from the Journal of Nuclear Physics about SSM (self-sustain mode) which Andrea Rossi has recently stated is problematic to achieve with smaller E-Cat generators, but not with the large E-Cat plant that is currently under construction.

Dr Rossi:
Studying your comments regarding the Ecat leads me to believe that high voltage is an optimal condition for SSM. Am I correct? Wishing you success!

You have understood perfectly,

My understanding of SSM is that part of the power generated by the E-Cat is directed back into the E-Cat to maintain the reaction, and perhaps the reason that SSM is easier to achieve in large plants is that there is much more power available from the combined E-Cats to generate the voltage required for the E-Cat reactions to continue. And with lower power system this is more difficult to reach.
