Svein:
The most important milestone is a global presentation,
Warm Regards,
A.R.

Another reader, Gavino Mamia, expressed the opinion that an official presentation is important for ethical reasons, because the world needs to know about the E-Cat and how it is an important alternative to current energy sources, especially with the current war in Iran and its influence on energy supply.

Rossi’s response was:

Gavino Mamia:
I can empathyze you, but it is not an ethical issue, it is a strategic issue to avoid the Ecat be cancelled from the world with any possible mean.
Anyway we are working on it, please read also my answer to Svein minutes ago,
Warm Regards,
A.R.

So this leads me to believe that Rossi and his licensee are aware of the need to make a presentation, and it seems to me that they are planning for such. I am sure it would be something that would require careful planning. If there is a big entity involved, I would think they will want to make sure it is well done and something worthy of global attention.
