This is a question that has come up here on ECW in recent days, and someone has posted a question about it on the Journal of Nuclear Physics today — what happens to the E-Cat if he is no longer around?
Andrea Rossi has dealt with this question in the past and given similar responses, but I guess with the world now dealing with a new rapidly spreading disease that is causing most problems for the older population, people are going to be wondering about it now more than ever.
Rossi claims to have invented a version of his E-Cat, the E-Cat SKL, that can create electricity with tiny amounts of fuel, with no power input required. He says he is on the cusp of carrying out third party testing and making a public presentation of it, just at the time when COVID-19 is on the march in Europe, where he says he is now working.
I have no doubt that Rossi is taking strong precautions to make sure he personally is protected from this virus, but he almost 70 years old, and mortal like the rest of us. Sooner or later he will pass away, and it would be a shame if the E-Cat died with him.

Hello Dr. Rossi,I wanted to ask you, is there anyone else, besides you who fully knows how the ecat works? in the unfortunate case of health problems, will there be anyone who can carry on your work?
