Pal:
The date will be November 24th.
The time will be 4 P.M. Miami time.
Warm Regards,
A.R.
No exact location is provided yet. For US residents, this is the Friday after the Thanksgiving holiday (aka Black Friday), so many people will be off work. Should be a busy time here on E-Cat World!
UPDATE: (Nov 7, 2017)
Andrea Rossi has deleted the time of the demo from the post above. It no longer states 4 P.M. Miami time.
There is a new Q&A on the JONP about it.

Dear Dr Andrea Rossi:
You published the date of the test (Nov 24th), but not the time.
Cheers

Jack:
It will be published soon.
Warm Regards,

I guess they must still be working out the exact schedule.
UPDATE: (Nov 7, 2017)
Here’s a bit of new information from Andrea Rossi about the video streaming of the test:

Dear Andrea Rossi,Congratulations on your achievements so far.
Is there a link available for viewing the demo online and in real time when the demo is in progress?

Albert Ellul:
No, the streaming will be delayed several hours.
Thank you for your attention to our work,
Warm Regards,
A.R.
So the video streaming will not be broadcast live; there will be a delay between the event itself and the time that the video of the event will be made available to the general public. A possible source of frustration, I expect, but probably only for a short time.
UPDATE #3: (Nov 11, 2017)
Some interesting snippets from AR on the JoNP:
BrokeeperDear Andrea,
Congratulations to you and your team on this world changing achievement! This will certainly accentuate the E-Cat QX portfolio of attributes at the presentation.
If you are at liberty to answer, during the demonstration:
1. Will there be representatives from any of the top Fortune 100 companies present? AR: Yes
2. Will you also demonstrate its direct electrical capabilities? AR: No
3. Because visual effects enhances ones impressions, will any work output be performed? AR: Water Heating
(Boiling water or small heat engine driving a mechanical apparatus, a small generator
for light, miniature hot air balloons hovering over unsuspected observers :), etc.)
Thank you.
God bless you and your team,
BrokeeperFrank Acland

Dear Andrea,Congratulations on achieving Sigma 5 which has been an important goal for you over the last year.
What does this mean for the commercialization of the E-Cat?

Frank Acland:
Means that our next efforts will go mainly to the industrialization phase.
Warm Regards,
A.R.
With Sigma 5 accomplished, it seems that the focus is now moving to developing commercial relationships which will be needed if AR’s mass production goals are to be realized. The timing of the test seems good and it hardly seems surprising that he would be inviting representatives from industry to the demonstration. Pressure will be high, but it could be a very important event for the E-Cat’s commercial prospects.
UPDATE #3: (Nov 11, 2017)
We now have a time and a web location to see the E-Cat presentation. Andrea Rossi posted this on the Journal of Nuclear Physics today:
