There have been some new comments from Andrea Rossi on the new component that he said they had to create to ensure the reliable operation of the E-Cat SKL. He has explained that this component is some kind of software program, but has not explained what it does.
Yesterday he stated that ‘we are resolving all the problems’ with the E-Cat SKL, and today I asked him if he has been using the new component yet. His response:

I hope this means that the third party testing can start now, as that needs to be completed before any public presentation takes place.
