Cooper pair condensates form within the electrical double layers of self organizing plasmas such as Kenneth Shoulders EVOs (Exotic Vacuum Objects) and natural ball lightning due to the attractive potential of adjacent positive ions. The available evidence suggests that these quantum membranes containing cooper pairs – which resemble electron-positron pairs in some ways – have a unique property of being able to interact with the active vacuum to a greater extent than ordinary charged particles such as electrons and ions that are not part of a condensate and still possess their full individuality. Furthermore, they can induce flows of vector potential with the required gradients and characteristics to produce gravitational force. Stimulation in the form of the induction of rotation and electrical current can magnify these effects: especially when the input is pulsed with a high rate of change. These properties have already been utilized by legacy aerospace corporations managing waived, carved out Special Access Programs to build anti-gravity craft with stunning performance characteristics.


The electrons (fermions with a one half integer spin) within the negatively charged double layers of self organizing plasma structures can be made to transform into composit bosons via the attractive potential of adjacent dense populations of positive ions via electrostatic attraction. A thin, almost two dimensional zone of these newly formed cooper pairs creates an often spherical yet sometimes torus shaped quantum membrane which possesses the characteristic properties predicted by BCS (Bardeen-Cooper-Schrieffer theory) such as super conductivity and super fluidity. At a minimum, in this weakly bound state in which they couple at long distance via phonon resonance, the cooper pairs composing this membrane can act as one large macro-object due to their overlapping wave functions obscuring their individuality. In other words, they become correlated due to becoming bosonic and no longer having to abide by the Pauli exclusion principle. Dependent upon the magnitude of the electrical potential difference across the double layer, the density of the plasma, and other forces acting upon them, they may experience the BCS-BEC “crossover” and become strongly bound “molecules” in closer proximity to each other: potentially regaining at least some of their individuality despite remaining in the same quantum energy level.

An extensive plethora of names exist to describe the self organizing plasma structures that can generate the superconducting quantum membranes described in the preceding paragraph. For the sake of brevity, only a limited number will be mentioned here: fireballs, free floating fireballs, complex space charge configurations, plasmoids, spheromaks, ball lightning(s), and EVOs (Exotic Vacuum Objects). A search of the literature to find the seemingly most convincing reference sources including a multitude of papers and patent applications indicate that although there are different methods of generating these objects, they all are thought to have the same or very similar structure. Namely, an exterior plasma sheath of “free” fermionic electrons, a narrow zone or membrane of a quantum electron condensate (cooper pairs) at the exterior side of the double layer, an interior layer of positive ions at the other side, and potentially multiple pairs of such double layers with measurable voltage drops between them. This common theme is not based solely on theory but also actual observations and measurements of the structures when artificially produced in the laboratory; or, in the case of ball lightning, descriptions acquired from individuals who have had real-world encounters with the phenomena.

Kenneth R. Shoulders, the father of vacuum micro-electronics and a successful engineer and inventor, coined the term “Exotic Vacuum Object” or EVO during his many years of studying the self organizing structures he most commonly produced at the sharpened tip of quickly pulsed cathodes. Out of the “plasma soup” of electrons, ions, and nano-particles (produced by the vaporization of material at the point of discharge on the electrode), an ordered construct would appear out of the chaos, seemingly violating the law of entropy. Immediately, he noticed they were capable of producing a multitude of anomalies including the ability to effortlessly carve out channels on the surface of dielectric materials (spraying out the atomized matter at a distant location), bore holes through a variety of materials, induce transmutations and isotopic shifts on target plates, split apart and recombine, produce a variety of electromagnetic emissions, and be accelerated to high speeds for low input energies. He described this property reminiscent of Star Trek’s “warp drive” by explaining the EVOs seemed to negate the tremendous bulk of their mass and inertia. This is a strong indication that some component of these self-organizing structures were capable of gaining traction or interacting with the active vacuum.

Early pioneering electrodynamicists like James Maxwell Clark considered all of space to be filled with a universal medium called the aether that permeated both matter and the void between galaxies where the hardest of gaseous vacuums exist. Today, this likely superfluidic substance would be described by more easily recognized terms such as the ZPE (Zero Point Energy) field, the electron-positron sea, the space-time metric, and the active vacuum. This fundamental substrate was what gave the scalar potential and vector potential of Maxwell’s original equations not only the status of having physical reality (instead of intangible mathematical abstractions) but also being the prime movers of all electromagnetism. Only a minority of so-called “mainstream” scientists recognize that it was a truly atrocious act for Oliver Heaviside to dismiss the primal importance of these “potentials” and thereby sabotage our understanding of physical reality. Yet a small subset of the scientific community have worked to re-think physics taking the aether, the scalar potential, and the vector potential into consideration as central concepts that must be integrated. The result of their efforts seems to be the realization that the concepts of apparent mass, inertia, gravity, and perhaps even time itself are all manifestations of these potentials.

The Russian physicist Eugene Podkletnov is yet another individual, in addition to Kenneth Shoulders, who observed anomalies from his devices; in this case, the reduction of mass and gravitational attraction of objects above a precisely made superconducting disc. Upon being spun up to high speed (levitating on magnetic fields), when having electrical current transmitted through them, and to a lesser extent even when not being stimulated by any known external means, his discs would reduce the weight of any object positioned above them. Years later, he published papers reporting on another device – an impulse beam generator – that would produce a finely collimated beam of repulsive force. This projection, allegedly capable of traveling for kilometers and punching through brick walls, was generated by discharging millions of volts from a capacitor bank configured as a Marx generator through a super conducting disc towards a copper target. This would produce a self organizing plasma ball that would emerge from the cathode and impact the anode: reminiscent to one of Kenneth Shoulders classic EVO generators but on a much larger scale and at tremendously higher power, both in terms of voltage and amperage.

What connects the mysterious properties of EVOs to those of Eugene Podkletnov’s discs seems to be obvious: the production of a condensate of cooper pairs. This unique form of matter exhibits the characteristic of being exceptionally capable of interacting with the active vacuum. Although the precise reason for this is ambiguous, our understanding may be enhanced if we compare the structure of a single bonded cooper pair to that of an electron-positron pair (or EPO as described by the late Don Hotson in his multi-part series for Infinite Energy magazine) which is theorized as being a fundamental constituent of the universal medium. An electron-positron pair represents an electron (matter) and its exact opposite (anti-matter) bound together very strongly in a tight spinning yet stable orbit within a BEC condensate spanning the universe. At least roughly analogously, a cooper pair, especially one that has made the transition from BCS to BEC, is composed of an electron of one “spin” and an electron of opposite “spin” bound together very strong in a tight spinning yet stable orbit exchanging phonon energy; and, furthermore, typically existing as part of a larger BEC. Now let’s compare the two. Both the electron-positron pair (EPO) and cooper pair have much in common: they are closely orbiting particles with opposite characteristics (matter-antimatter in one case and opposite spins in the other) as part of a condensate with collective, multi-body effects. This suggests that matter in the form of a cooper pair condensate may be similar enough to interact with the electron-positron pairs that compose the aether in a more direct manner than ordinary solids, liquids, gases, or ordinary (non-condensated and unbound) plasmas. To give an easy to visualize example, consider attempting to induce flow in the universal BEC of electron-positron pairs with non-bound “free” charged particles as trying to fan yourself on a hot summer day with a tennis racket free of webbing. You would barely be moving any air molecules at all. Conversely, if you taped on a piece of paper to the racket and fanned yourself, you could easily feel the air on your face. In this way a cooper pair condensate can have interaction with the active vacuum: the reason why Kenneth Shoulders called the EVO the Universal Clutch. There may be no better way to interact with the universal medium.

Of course, according to scalar electrodynamic theories, we manipulate the scalar potential and vector potentials continuously, to at least a minimal extent, even in the simplest of electrical circuits. But before explaining this the reader should have a conceptual idea of these two potentials. To achieve this, I’d suggest imagining an object being under the surface of a river and feeling the hydro-static pressure of the aqueous medium all around it. This is the scalar potential – the pressure or density of the aetheric environment. Next, I’d ask the reader to imagine the directional flow or movement of the water composing the river. This is the vector potential – the fluidic medium of the vacuum in motion. With these mental models in your head, you should be able to understand how electrodynamics has been suggested to be directly comparable to hydrodynamics: there’s even a series of papers about “Fluidic Electrodynamics” you can look up on the internet.

As concisely as possible, let’s take this step by step. A single electron in space (or in a conductive piece of wire) would not be impacted by a constant, uniform flow of vector potential or “A” field. To impart motion onto the electron, there must be a changing vector potential resulting in a density gradient. This results in what we call an electric field that produces an “electro-motive force” capable of generating a current. How can you produce such a force? A simple way is to move a permanent magnet past a loop of copper wire so that the magnetic or “B” field lines pass through, “cutting” or “crossing” the conductor. This works to produce an EMF in the wire because a magnetic field line is fundamentally just a tornado like vortex of vector potential spinning around the core. Technically, a magnetic field is only a vector potential with “curl.” So from one perspective, there’s no such thing as a magnetism – it’s only a way of describing a certain configuration of the vector potential. Also, it should be pointed out that to create a gradient that can induce an EMF, the charged particle can be what moves relative to the vector potential. Both will work equally as well. Yes, this is a non-traditional way of describing what’s really taking place. And, I’ll admit, woefully incomplete. But I’d argue that to truly understand and conceptualize the physical reality behind these interactions, we have to go beyond the myriad of terms used in the often confusing language of mainstream physics and focus on the aether as represented by the potentials.

Next, we must consider how an electron or any charged particle moving through space (or through a piece of conductive wire) imparts a certain amount of drag on the active vacuum around it. In the direction of the charged particles motion, a vector potential forms. Again, looking at this from a fundamental perspective a certain quantity of aether particles (perhaps electron-positron pairs) are traveling with the electron in the same direction. Additionally, a magnetic field forms around the particle or a wire with current running through it. These can be considered as analogous to smoke rings with a low pressure core – tornadoes of vector potential with their ends connected. Or you could try to envision the magnetic field as the vortex behind a large truck driving down the highway at high speed. And if the charged particle accelerates so there’s a changing vector potential or magnetic field (a curled vector potential) with a gradient around it, motion can be induced in a second charged particle or in a nearby wire exposed to them.

A fascinating conundrum to ponder is how these potentials can be utilized to manipulate gravity and the other fundamental forces of the universe. First, let’s look at what even causes gravitational forces when looking at the reality of the situation through the lens of scalar electrodynamics. There are flows of the basic units of the active vacuum (call them electron-positron pairs, virtual particles, gravitons, or whatever name you wish) moving in all directions throughout the universe. This type of universal radiation penetrates even large massive bodies such as planets and stars; however, a minuscule percentage of the units are blocked and don’t make it all the way through. Due to this effect, an object sitting on the surface of a planet – such as yourself – experiences a greater flux of this radiation coming downward from the space above rather than upward through the giant mass beneath you. This results in a repulsive force – not attractive – that pushes you down and keeps you from floating up towards the ceiling. Remember though that a constant flow of vector potential or electron-positron pairs isn’t enough to even electromagnetically impart motion to an electron or induce an EMF in a wire: so it’s not about to repulse neutral, non-electrically charged matter either! Even an ordinary gradient of due to having a changing flow of vector potential won’t make one bit of difference. Instead, to manipulate gravity, we need a way of imparting a “special” gradient or change in the properties of the vector potential. You might even call it a “double” gradient in that you may need a set of gradients super imposed on each other. Most likely, there’s even a better descriptive term to use. But I’ll give you an example what might constitute a unique gradient capable of producing gravitational force – the longitudinal ampere force. A good example of this force in action is the buckling of rail gun tracks. When an extremely powerful, high current is passed through them with an exceptional high rate of change (meaning non-linear), a force literally scrunches up the tracks. In other experiments, such as applying sudden high currents through liquid mercury, a channel devoid of material can be formed breaking the circuit. A whole book has been written about a series of experiments documenting this effect. My mental model tells me that in the direction of current (meaning the charged particles) there’s a rapid, non-linear build up of vector potential that is “special” enough to produce a gravitational force.

Now I’ll try to bring everything around full circle. There are a number of different ways to produce self organizing plasma structures with the quantum membranes that appear so important: quickly discharging a sharpened cathode towards an anode (K. Shoulders method), placing an anode of a different electrical potential between two cathodes (The SAFIRE Project’s method), establishing an electrical discharge within the negative resistance regime between the electrodes of a discharge tube tuned to resonance (Andrea Rossi’s E-Cat QX/SK/SKL), applying radio frequency or microwave radiation to an enclosed gaseous environment within a dielectric enclosure (Chukanov), and probably a half dozen others. Some produce transitory EVOs that are short-lived and others produce macro-scale objects that continually sustain themselves feeding off electrons, thermal energy, and electromagnetic radiation in their environment. But what seems to give them their unique ability to manipulate the fundamental forces – resulting in observed anomalies like the warp drive like effect Kenneth Shoulders witnessed or the weight reduction above Podkletnov’s discs – is the cooper pair condensate that forms in their double layer(s). There’s something about this fifth state of matter that creates flows of vector potential with the required gradients or other unknown characteristics to produce a gravitational influence. When an electrical current is flowing through these self organizing plasmas and they are spinning (both are happening in the double layers wrapped around the spherical anode of the SAFIRE Project reactor) the effect may possibly be augmented. Moreover, pulsing the electrical input may help as well.

No exotic phenomena really matters unless it can be engineered and harnessed to do something practical. The great news is that the evidence seems very convincing that the cooper pair condensates within self organizing plasmas have already been utilized to build anti-gravity vehicles. Sadly, the bad news is that these craft with amazing performance characteristics and potentially faster than light capability have been locked away in Special Access Programs and sequestered away from humanity since the late 1950’s or early 1960’s when they were first developed. What’s even more disparaging is that the technology used in these vehicles didn’t simply offer ultra-fast propulsion but a route towards unlimited clean and cheap energy – most likely from a combination of LENR reactions and energy extracted from the active vacuum. Nevertheless, there’s enough available information to piece together the basic concepts of how these vehicles flew, and there are multiple companies right now developing clean energy technologies utilizing self organizing plasmas.

The Fluxliner ARV (Alien Reproduction Vehicle) was a craft build by Lockheed Martin that consisted of multiple interconnected systems that together formed a unified power and propulsion mechanism. I’ll be focusing one one main component: a central column that contained a rapidly pulsed electric discharge to produce a macro-scale EVO (Exotic Vacuum Object). However, instead of being a spherical ball wrapped with a quantum membrane of a cooper pair condensate, I think the column was designed to produce a torus. In this configuration that would more closely resemble a spheromak, the positive ions would travel around the interior body of the donut shaped torus and the exterior cooper pairs would travel in and out of the central hole. To visualize their movement, try to imagine a common toroidal inductor wound with copper wire. With the electrons moving in this direction, the magnetic field would be mostly confined to the interior volume of the torus and the vector potential or “A” field would travel out of the hole, spray out of the top or bottom of the craft, wrap around it creating a bubble, and then reenter on the opposite side before going back through and recirculating. This wouldn’t be just any common vector potential, though. Instead, it would have been induced by the cooper pair condensate that resembles the electron-positron pair condensate that fills the universe. Thus, it would have a greater potential to produce the type of gradient needed to manipulate apparent mass, inertia, and gravity – which are all manifestations of the scalar potential. To further add additional gradients to this field, the shape of the bubble could be made asymmetric by multiple possible means including altering the shape of the of the self organizing plasma or macro-EVO or utilizing the capacitor plates at the bottom of the craft (which utilize the Biefield Brown Effect) to shape the field. Importantly, the vehicle itself which acts as a massive Tesla coil would be pulsing the high density (at least atmospheric) plasma within the central column with many millions of volts and thousands of amps. This would stimulate the quantum membrane of cooper pairs by accelerating them periodically, inducing a sharp rate of change of their rotational speed. This would translate into another gradient in the vector potential.

With all the above mechanisms in play, a zone of reduced aetheric pressure would be created ahead of the craft and a greater aetheric pressure would exist behind it. This differential would push the craft forward at high speed through a the reduced pressure region where the speed of light would be INCREASED. That’s correct: the speed of light is determined by the density of the aether or the value of the scalar potential. If we can reduce this value, the speed of light will go up. Almost unimaginably wonderful is what the general speaking at Lockheed’s Palmdale hanger allegedly said – according to a witness by the name of Brad Sorensen – when he (the general) was attempting to sell the idea of a run of thirty “papa bear” models (each approximately 130 feet in diameter) to key United States Senators present: that as the craft speeds up it extracts more energy from space in a positive feedback loop. So if you want to go faster, you’ll have the power to do so – totally free from the active vacuum!

In a nutshell, here’s a quick review of the key concepts we’ve covered so far.

1) There’s many different ways to produce self organizing plasma structures with electrical double layers.

2) A certain percentage of the electrons in the double layers, if the voltage drop is strong enough to produce an adequately powerful attractive force, will convert from individual fermions to cooper pairs – composit bosons – due to the electro-static potential of the adjacent positive ions.

3) A very thin quantum membrane of a cooper pair condensate will form at the edge of the double layer in which the individual pairs will have lost their individuality.

4) Due to evidence including the mass and inertia nullifying “warp drive” effect of Kenneth Shoulders EVOs and Eugene Podkletnov’s superconductive discs, we can surmise that such cooper pair condensates are responsible for the manipulation of these forces.

5) The cooper pairs have similarities to the electron-positron pairs that are speculated to be a fundamental component of the active vacuum. This makes it seem that the cooper pairs could be especially interactive with the the aether.

6) The scalar and vector potentials have actual physical reality and are the prime movers of electromagnetism and are also responsible for gravity. (Inertia too but that’s for another essay.) However, to induce a vector potential capable of producing gravitational force it must have unique properties such as a “double gradient” either from asymmetry in shape or a very fast change over time. An example was given of the longitudinal ampere force causing the buckling of rail gun tracks when a powerful, abrupt current is applied. This force can also be demonstrated when an electrical discharge creates an empty channel across a pool of liquid mercury.

7) In some technologies being developed today that utilize self-organizing plasmas, both a current is being driven through the the cooper pair condensate and the double layers are spinning: potentially simulating the conditions that allowed for Podkletnov’s modification of gravity.

8) The bare bones concept between the Fluxliner ARV is explained including the self organizing plasma in the central column. It’s pointed out that since the entire craft behaves as a high voltage Tesla coil, it will be sending high voltage, high amperage impulses through the self organizing plasma producing abrupt accelerations of the exterior cooper pairs circulating around the torus. These pulses and the asymmetrical shape of the bubble around the craft will allow for propulsion towards a region of reduced aetheric pressure ahead of the craft.

To continue, I’d like to add a few subsequent thoughts and observations before providing a summary.

a) To optimize the structure of the self organizing plasma, the element mercury and especially its fermionic isotope Hg199 (with a one half integer spin) could be considered for use. The use of this element would offer advantages for a multitude of reasons. First, introducing heavy ions into a self organizing plasma structure helps stabilize the structure, as specified by William Bostic who invested the formation of both spheromaks and plasmoids. Since mercury is a very heavy element, it should be very good at this task. Secondly, when the outer two electrons are removed and mercury becomes doubly ionized (resulting in Hg++), it obtains an electron configuration that makes it a “pseudo-noble gas.” Kenneth Shoulders utilized both noble gases in the general atmosphere of his discharge tube and liquid mercury as a wetting agent – to protect the tip of his cathode – with great success. Due to the atomic weight of mercury, it could potentially be the most promising noble gas like candidate. Thirdly, Hg199 has a one half integer spin and no “quadrapolar moment” unlike certain other isotopes of mercury. Thus, when the ions of Hg199 would be spin polarized by the magnetic field within the positive sheathes of the double layers, the relaxation time would be increased. This would conserve energy and keep the macro-EVO more stable. Fourth, there are rumors that the Fluxliner ARV utilized the specific isotope Hg199. For all of these reasons, if they can do so safely, I would urge The SAFIRE Project to find a way to test Hg199 in one of their systems, preferably with other elements with a one half integer spin like hydrogen.

b) I predict that when The SAFIRE Project claims that they have detected the nullification of gravity within their double layers, they really mean that the force of gravity on the material of the anode itself is being negated (not just the gases between the double layers). As evidence, I’d like to point out that in several credible UFO sightings, some by pilots, classic “saucer” shaped (or wedge shaped) UFOs have suddenly became surrounded by brilliant plasma before accelerating away at insane speeds that would have created g-forces capable of destroying any airframe and killing any occupants. It seems logical that whatever process is at work around UFOs is also taking place around the SAFIRE anode.

c) The double layered structures and the cooper pair condensates that from also seem to be responsible for the ability to induce LENR reactions. This is evidenced by the transmutation of elements discovered by The SAFIRE Project and experiments going back a hundred years utilizing electrical discharges that would produce steady state or transient EVOs. So in addition to potentially being the key to interstellar travel, the EVO phenomena is likely what will allow for unlimited energy production.

d) Many have speculated that energy from the active vacuum can be extracted from the cooper pair condensate or the phenomena it produces. I’m curious if energy is being produced by any of the following mechanisms: ion acoustic oscillations extracting electron-positron pairs from the vacuum, ultra-strong magnetic fields in the interior polarizing the active vacuum, Casimir effect energy that helped bring the electrons together against their mutual self repulsion being extracted, or the emission of Hawkings radiation.

e) I suspect that the active vacuum interaction properties are maximized when the multiple double layers collapse at high current and create a voltage drop that Montgomery Childs has stated can be up to 1000 volts in their reactor. This is when he states the excess heat effect and transmutations take place. I suspect the gravity modifying/shielding capability, excess heat production, and transmutations all start taking place at the same time when the quantum membrane of cooper-pairs are formed. However, I also suspect that by modifying the fuel composition – for example removing the hydrogen and only using Hg199 – the gravitational shielding aspect can be enhanced while the number of transmutations is reduced. Instead, the excess energy would be coming from the active vacuum.

f) By increasing the density of the plasma all of these effects would likely be enhanced with the downside of the voltage needing to be higher.

g) I really hope they will run tests to try and produce a “free floating fireball” that’s not touching any of the electrodes so instead of dialing everything up to 11 they can dial everything up to 15. I suspect that for long term energy producing it would be best to use one cathode and one anode tuned into resonance within the negative resistance regime.


The self organizing plasma construct known as the Exotic Vacuum Object – in addition to many other names – turns out to be the key to high powered LENR systems but also the control of the basic forces of the universe including apparent mass, inertia, and gravity. More precisely, the super conducting, super fluidic cooper pair condensate forming a quantum membrane seems to be what interacts with the active vacuum and induces all these effects. By learning how to manipulate the EVO into different forms such as a torus that would create a bubble of “special” vector potential with the proper gradient and characteristics to have “traction” with the active vacuum, we could build anti-gravity vehicles with the capability to travel faster than the speed of light.
