As usual, there’s not much information provided here, but here’s a Q&A from the Journal of Nuclear Physics today about current interest in the E-Cat:

Which European Country is showing more interest in your Ecat technology ?

Hein Sause:
Sweden, Germany.
Warm Regards,
A.R.
We have known for a long time of interest from Sweden, where Rossi has had professional connections and has done a presentation in the past. Germany has not figured very prominently in the E-Cat story, but it is a country which has a strong commitment to developing a carbon-free economy, and if the E-Cat works well, it would make sense that there would be a lot of interest there.
Perhaps it is companies from Sweden and Germany to whom Rossi has been making some of his online presentations during this coronavirus-affected period.
