There was a presentation at the recent ICCF24 conference by Frank Ling of the Anthropocene Institute where he introduced a website named Solid State Energy Discovery, which is an attempt to provide a resource to get students and investors involved in LENR research.

One potentially useful part of the site is the LENRaries section, which are reports produced by the Anthropocene Institute that focus on certain aspects of the field.
So far, there are two LENRary documents published: “Who’s Who in LENR?”, and “Student Perception of LENR”.
