Andrea Rossi gives very little detail about the situation in terms of the situation with the development of the E-Cat NGU. A number of inquirers are trying to find out if the NGU is ready, if all problems have been resolved. He usually responds to questions with a yes or a no, which leaves room for interpretation. Today there is a response beyond yes or now, albeit still a very short one.

This response suggests to me that the E-Cat NGU is still a work in progress, and for whatever reason, that testing is still underway and that he is not yet ready to do a demonstration.
